Resumen:

La Federación de Trabajadores en Construcción Civil del Perú (FTCCP) presentará el Pliego Nacional de Reclamos en Construcción Civil al Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE) este 8 de abril, anunció el secretario general de la FTCCP, Luis Villanueva.

“Nuestro pliego responde a la exigencia de los obreros de aumentos salariales y mejores condiciones laborales, entre otras demandas. Esta presentación en Lima será respaldada por los más de 190 sindicatos afiliados a la FTCCP”, afirmó.

En el Perú existe negociación colectiva por rama de actividad solo en el sector construcción, lo que faculta a la federación a discutir las demandas de los obreros con la representación empresarial, acordando beneficios para todos los obreros de la construcción del país, añadió el gremio.

“Presentaremos el Pliego en el Ministerio de Trabajo y nos movilizaremos rumbo al Congreso de la República a demandar la reforma del sistema de pensiones y la restitución de nuestro derecho a la jubilación con 15 años de aportes y 55 años de edad, sustentado en la eventualidad del trabajo y la vejez prematura que causa el trabajo en obras”, finalizó el dirigente gremial.
