TURISMO INTERNO SE REANUDA EN CUSCO

Cusco reanuda una de sus principales actividades económicas: el turismo. Desde hoy, se habilitará las visitas al 30% de los parques arqueológicos para el turismo interno.
La medida se adopta luego de la puesta en marcha de de la cuarta fase de reactivación económica en el país y en el marco del reconocimiento con el sello “Safe travels”, que lo identifica como un destino seguro en el mundo, garantizado por el Consejo Mundial de Viajes y el Turismo (WTTC por sus siglas en inglés).
Entre los sitios que abrirán sus puertas a los visitantes figuran el Parque Arqueológico de Sacsayhuamán, Tipón, Pikillacta, Ollantaytambo, Pisaq, Chinchero y Moray, ubicadas en el Valle Sur y Valle Sagrado de los Incas, que a su vez abarcan las provincias de Urubamba, Calca, Cusco y Quispicanchi. Las visitas a estos lugares serán gratuitas en esta primera etapa de reactivación. La Dirección de Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cusco (DDCC) ha implementado los protocolos de bioseguridad por el COVID-19, que incluyen visitas con un 50% de aforo en cada parque.

La Comisión de Dumping, Subsidios y Eliminación de Barreras Comerciales No Arancelarias (CDB) del Indecopi inició una investigación por presuntas prácticas de dumping en las exportaciones al Perú de tejidos de ligamento tafetán mezcla, originarios de la República Popular China.
Según la resolución N° 121-2020, publicada este miércoles en “El Peruano”, la CDB acogió la solicitud presentada por las empresas Tecnología Textil y Consorcio La Parcela para iniciar el mencionado procedimiento de investigación, al amparo de lo establecido en el Acuerdo Antidumping de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), el que Perú forma parte.
En síntesis, se encontraron indicios razonables sobre presuntas prácticas de dumping en las exportaciones al Perú de tejidos de ligamento tafetán mezcla originarios de China que estarían causando un posible daño importante a los productores nacionales solicitantes.
Por ello, la Comisión dispuso el inicio de un procedimiento de investigación con la finalidad de determinar la existencia de prácticas de dumping y de daño a los productores nacionales. Al finalizar se deberá establecer si cabe imponer derechos antidumping definitivos (sobretasa) a las importaciones de tejidos de ligamento tafetán mezcla originarios de China.

La Comisión de Trabajo del Congreso aprobó la insistencia del dictamen observado por el Ejecutivo para la devolución de los aportes de la ONP.
